About Me
I’ve been making things and painting them for as long as I can remember, most of those things ended up in some story, either in my head or on various screens around the world. Some of those things made triumphant journeys into space, others crashed and burned or lived happily ever after. For me though it has always been about creating, something from nothing; how a thought can become a thing, an idea reality. Sure it all takes time, but therein lies the fun, in each step something is learned and understood.
A long time ago I had the best job in the world, designing and printing t-shirts, nothing gave me more satisfaction than seeing someone wearing one of my designs or even seeing them in a shop or walking down the street wearing one. But nothing lasts forever and when it was time to move on, imagine my surprise when I again bagged the best job in the world, I got to make things, paint them and put them in games, where they would fight with lasers or race around tracks. We started branching into other things as well, I produced comics, animation for other people’s games, adverts for television.
Eventually I moved on again, to children’s TV, what could be better than that? Well, the answer is movies, and I got to make those too. I do what I love and I love what I do, truly the best job in the world.
